30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the exact date you received your tent package to request a formal return. If 30 days have passed since your tracking information marked the item as delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a financial refund or product exchange.
To remain eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the following strict validation guidelines:
- The tent must be completely unused, clean, unpitched outdoors, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, neatly folded inside its factory carry bag, including all stakes, guy lines, rainflies, and assembly poles. Due to safety and hygiene considerations for outdoor sleeping equipment, items showing dirt, grass stains, campfire odor, or moisture cannot be accepted.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (such as your automated Shopify order confirmation email or order number).
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your tent arrives with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., broken poles, torn mesh, malfunctioning zippers, or missing structural components), or if you received the incorrect model, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you change your mind, decide the tent size is not suited to your preference, or no longer require the item, you will be responsible for covering all return shipping and freight fees back to our designated warehouse. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your Order Number along with comprehensive photographic or video evidence illustrating the problem if the gear arrived defective or damaged.
- If your return request is officially authorized, our team will reply with the exact return warehouse address and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the package before contacting us.
Refunds & Financial Processing
Once your returned tent arrives at our inspection facility and is thoroughly evaluated, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and whether your refund has been officially approved or rejected based on its condition.
- Approved Refunds: If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will be applied directly back to your original payment method (settled in USD ($)) within 5 to 7 business days.
